Rosslyn and Daniel are not my typical clients. For one, they’ve been married for eighteen months. And secondly, they live on the other side of the world, in Australia. Rosslyn contacted me in November, explaining she and her husband would be visiting the US for the first time, and wanted to have a portrait session to remember their time in New York City. We were supposed to shoot yesterday, but if you read my blog, you’ll see that didn’t work out due to the terrible weather. This morning I was nervous we’d be stuck with rain again, but it eventually tapered off, and Rosslyn, Daniel, and I were able to spend the afternoon enjoying Central Park.
I love wintertime sessions, and I definitely don’t get to do as many as I’d like. I think the snow can be every bit as beautiful as the green grass in summer, or the autumn leaves. Here is a little sneak peek from their session today, and stop back by next week to see the rest!
Rosslyn and Daniel, you guys were a total joy to work with, and I had a fantastic time getting to know you. It is so obvious from these photographs how much you adore each other! Enjoy the rest of your trip!!
