I like to joke that I am the Official Photographer of Australians in New York City. An overwhelming majority of my clients are from Australia, or Australian ex-pats living in New York. I never wanted to go to Australia – too far, too many animals that can kill you, probably too hot. But since I started working with so many Aussies over the past two years, I’ve become a little bit obsessed with going to Australia, and Melbourne in particular. Partly because my Aussies make it sound like a really cool place to visit, and partly because I have seriously never met an Australian I didn’t love immediately – and Bec & Will fall into that category.

Bec & Will were married on a rainy – but unseasonably warm – day in February, and even though I didn’t meet them for the first time until we all got to City Hall, by the end of the day, I felt like I’d known them forever. They were sweet, funny, laid back about the weather, and ridiculously excited to get married. Throw in cupcakes and portraits on the High Line, and we basically had the best time ever. Bec & Will – thank you for being so wonderful in every way!!
