It had threatened rain all day. When I woke up, dark clouds hung over the city. I walked out on my terrace and looked west toward New Jersey, hoping to see sunshine, but it was dark there too. Weather.com pronounced “Thunderstorms. Some Severe.” for the ceremony time. It sprinkled through their First Look and family portraits, and everyone wondered if we’d have to move the ceremony inside. Lisa was adamant – unless it was pouring, she wanted to get married outside. And then – like magic – the clouds just disappeared and as Lisa walked down the aisle toward Eric, the entire ceremony was bathed in gorgeous, golden light. It could not have been more perfect.
This wedding was just all kinds of amazing, and seriously one of the nicest groups I’ve ever worked with. But knowing what incredible people Lisa & Eric are, I was not at all surprised that they surround themselves with other wonderful people. I kind of wanted to come home and immediately post this entire wedding, but I’ll refrain. Instead here is a small sneak peek! Lisa & Eric, thank you both so much for everything. Working with you two over the last year has been such a lovely experience, and I know you are going to have an amazing life together. Have a blast in Maui!!!
