Kylie & Donald were married in early October at Wagner Cove in Central Park. They traveled to New York from Australia, although Donald is actually Scottish. They met through mutual friends six years ago after Donald ended up in Australia for work, and the rest is history. After they were engaged last summer, they began planning their sweet, low key Central Park elopement, and I was so thrilled to be a part of it.
I met these two at the apartment in Greenwich Village that they’d rented for their stay in NYC. After a glass of champagne, we went out into the neighborhood to explore and take some pre-ceremony photographs. I always love shooting in Greenwich Village – it is truly one of the most gorgeous neighborhoods in New York City. After an hour, the car arrived to take us up to Central Park to meet the always wonderful Judie Guild at Wagner Cove for their intimate ceremony. After the ceremony, we took some more portraits around Central Park, and I walked them over to The Boathouse where we parted ways, so they could continue their celebration.
Kylie & Donald – thank you both so much! Working with you two was one of the highlights of my fall! Wishing you so much happiness!!
