Laura & Matthew were married on a chilly, rainy day in February. I think they were pretty much immune to the weather, however, because they were so excited to be getting married. They had traveled to New York from Australia, and I met them in Central Park under Bethesda Terrace, and we walked over to Wagner Cove where their ceremony was officiated by the always fantastic Judie Guild. It was absolutely pouring throughout their ceremony, but they were so laid back about the whole thing. After the ceremony we spent a little time taking portraits in Central Park before heading to Grand Central Station to dry off for a bit before making our way down to the High Line. The High Line is always one of my favorite places to shoot, and I especially loved the photographs I captured there with these two.
Laura & Matthew – thank you both for everything! It was so wonderful to work with you guys!
